It’s been awhile since I’ve shared recipes or eats, but last nights dinner was fried chicken & jasmine rice made by my hubby! One thing about him cooking is he doesn’t measure lol the chicken still came out with so much flavor, juicy & crispy! This is one of my favorite dishes that he makes.

📖 Husbands fried chicken recipe

INGREDIENTS:
▫️ 6 chicken wings
▫️ Black pepper
▫️ Salt
▫️ Cayenne pepper
▫️ Chicken powder mix
▫️ Flour
▫️ Garlic powder
▫️ Msg

INSTRUCTIONS:
▫️ Turn on deep fryer to 400 F.
▫️ Place chicken in a large bowl.
▫️ Add all seasonings to one side of the chicken… finish up by adding flour last.
▫️ Flip chicken & do the same thing by adding the seasonings & flour.
▫️ Let it sit & marinate for 30 minutes or best overnight covered in Saran Wrap in fridge.
▫️ Put chicken in deep fryer & let cook for 15 minutes.
▫️ Remove chicken & place them in a metal strainer on a plate.
▫️ Drizzle soy sauce on rice & enjoy with chicken! We usually eat it with spicy papaya, but just wanted simple this time.
