📖 Chicken spaghetti
▫️ 3 C chicken breast poached & diced or rotisserie chicken
▫️ 16 oz spaghetti noodles
▫️ 2 small cans cream of chicken soup
▫️ 10 oz can rotel tomatoes with green chili; Undrained
▫️ 6 oz cream cheese
▫️ 3 C cheddar cheese
▫️ 10 oz evaporated milk
▫️ 1 tbsp ranch dressing (Dry mix)
▫️ Mushrooms (Optional)
▫️ Preheat oven to 350 F.
▫️ Cook pasta according to package instructions.
▫️ In a large pot; Combine the rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk & cream cheese. Stir occasionally until cream cheese melts.
▫️ Add ranch dressing, shredded chicken & cooked spaghetti noodles. Mix well. Pour mixture into a casserole dish & topped with cheese.
▫️ Bake covered for 30 minutes.
